The environment and the food are good and deserves a try. The attendance was really pleasant.
The unique pain point is that it was a bit expensive for a meal without drinks (but it's also true that they were delicious and looking very fresh).

Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my visit and the two stars were just because of the very friendly waitress. The cocktail I have tried was rather high priced ( 8.50 EUR ) but bad in quality. At around 8 pm a DJ joined and the music was at such a volume that it was almost impossible to talk to the person next to one. The ambiance also didn't get me.

I would say you will get a finger licking flammkuchen Veg and non veg. And you have collections of all drinks.

I would strongly recommend if anyone looking for a best restaurants in Karlsruhe then it could be GOLD.

I had a amazing hospitality.

The food and portions are never anywhere uniform, while tasty, you could be paying 17,50 for a proper steak or just a measly sliver of something not even close to a proper rumpsteak. There is no way to know what you will get.

Gold used to be nice, it was for almost any occasion. Now, because they got rid of the good bar keeps, you can't even ask them to give me a 'show me what you got' cocktail at the bar. That's not even a bar anymore.

But seriously the line stops at steak.

Gold was OK and pretty well priced some years back. Now they just serve bad and overpriced burgers + expensive drinks for the location (4+ euros for a beer). Last time I was there waiting times during lunch were not acceptable and staff was rude.
Two stars in total since the interior/decoration is OK.

Nice place, mostly you can see a lot of students, bit in general place is nice and quiet crowded
