Staff was welcoming and addressed all of my concerns. Also helped me to figure out size for a shoe which is exclusively online release. At last I also ended up buying a cool sneaker from the shop.

I have been there at least 6 times for different shoes an they never have them. But the staff is really polite and try to help as much as possible.

Don't you love it when employees take your shoes while you wait and switch the sizes for their friend in front of you in line and then proceed to tell you that size doesn't exist in their system. Terrible customer service and pettyness
