The hotel has a very good location, close to the city center en tramstation. The hotel doesn't seem to be accessible by wheelchair. The room looked great and is big enough for the price we paid. The hygiëne could have been a bit better, but overall good. The only real downside is that the walls are thin. Everytime someone closed there door we could hear that loud and clear and we where Lucky it wasn't that busy when we where there. The staff was very Nice and helpfull. Overall we had a very Nice stay.

Only some issues with the bathroom, mainly the tap was old, and the tiles joints were a bit dirty. But otherwise the rooms in themselves are nice, with a kinda sober and modern decoration. I would probably book it again next time I get in Karlsruhe.

Had a two night stay in room 103. Good value for money and there is in-building secure parking. The receptionists on site were very helpful when my credit card booking initially failed. The hotel is clean and well built. Rooms are good with a decent size bathroom and decent beds, TV and free WiFi. The hotel hallways are all tiled so it can be noisy when people enter their room or speak in the hallways. Bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The shower curtain was a disappointment. In the past enclosing doors were present for the shower tray, but now an exceedingly cheap shower curtain was present that was too small and hung on a plastic rail that dipped badly in the outside corner to the extent that the curtain kept sliding open downwards. Also note that the light switch can be used for intensity of the light by keeping it pressed as well as switching it off and on. Overall good value for money for such a central location. Would stay again as long as they fix that shower curtain!

Very nice friendly staff, came without booking and room was ready promtly. Just the room needs little restoration. Nice big breakfast with good range of coffee. I would recomend the hotel if you are looking for overnight stay for reasonable price.

The staff was friendly at check-in. That‘s it with the pros. The room was very outdated and old and needs to get renovated urgently! I didn’t like the design at all, which seems to be 80’s style or so. Cleanliness was also a point I was not satisfied with, as I found long and dark hairs on the bed next to the pillow. The bathroom was not well kept, as you could find limestone deposits and many dirty joints. But as far as I was told from the stuff, they are undergoing some renovations in the entire hotel, including the gastronomy, which was not operating during my stay. I had to stay there for one night and to charge 169€ for this one night (not including breakfast) is insane, absolutely impertinent and a rip-off! I will consider my next stay in Karlsruhe carefully, even if they will have finished their renovations in the future.

Room is clean and spacious. The decor is new and they've done a good job of making it look a little like home. Staff have been extremely friendy and helpful especially finding out that I am Canadian.
Bathroom is so big that I could do my morning exercises in it.
If you are coming to a messe, stay here!!

Arrived late at night (2:30h) in the morning. We made our reservation the same day but the hotel got overbooked so we didn’t have a room. The receptionist called the owner of the place who came as soon as he could (at 2:30h in the morning!!). We explained the situation, he was very friendly and acted extremely professional! He called the nicest hotel in the city to ask if they still had a room which they did so we had a night in a very nice 5 star hotel for the same price! Thanks!
