Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend staying here! You won’t be disappointed. I have never ever been treated so well by staff in my entire life. Klaus and his wife are some of the most helpful and nicest people I have ever met and they will go way out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Highly highly highly recommend!

the manager of hotel did not wait for us (we were delayed on the road for 10-15 minutes due to traffic), did not want to leave the keys to the room (as is now implemented in most hotels), simply unilaterally canceled our reservation, while not returning to us the deducted from our card money in the amount of 175 euros.
I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, it is better not to get in touch - managers during a telephone conversation were rude and behaved impudently. It shouldn't be like that.
that evening we found another hotel and paid again 200 euros.
but the unpleasant aftertaste that we were simply brazenly deceived remained. they are just scammers. The hotel itself may be good, but the staff are rascals.

The hotel owner put us in the fact that the hotel accepts guests until 22:00 and did not wait for our arrival.
We had to urgently look for an alternative accommodation for the night, after a whole day on the road in a car with a child.
Moreover, he withdrew money from the card and refuses to return it.
I can't recommend to anyone.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Schon der Empfang und das einchecken haben mich für die 5 Sterne begeistert.
Die Gastgeber sind beide extrem zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das ganze Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Unser nächster Besuch am Bodensee wird bestimmt wieder ein Elfenbesuch ;-)

The breakfast was also very tasty and you get everything freshly prepared, from boiled eggs to blind fried eggs :-)!
We can only recommend everyone to stay there and would love to come back!

… ja wo sollen wir anfangen. Es war ein ganz angenehmer Aufenthalt im Landhotel Elfenhof. Wir haben mit 3 Paaren eine Fahrradtour gemacht und haben spontan noch 3 Zimmer bekommen. Der Empfang und Service ist Extraklasse und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Wir haben noch einen Spitzentipp bekommen zum Essen. Danke nochmal dafür!
Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und man bekommt vom gekochten Ei bis zum blinden Spiegelei :-) alles frisch zubereitet!
Wir können jedem nur empfehlen dort zu übernachten und kommen gerne wieder!
