Unfassbar schlechter Service. Bei gutem Wetter sind wir extra 200 km weit angereist, waren pünktlich um 17h am Steg und der gute Herr schickte uns weg. Einziges Kommentar: "Wir fahren heute nicht mehr". Die Fahrplanänderung war nirgends ersichtlich oder angekündigt. Eine bodenlose Frechheit und große Enttäuschung für meine Kinder, zumal wir mit sieben Personen mit gefahren wären. NIE WIEDER!

Ein Erlebnis was man sich nicht entgehen lassen soll.Das Personal hat ihre Arbeit perfekt und mit so viel Spaß gemacht...einfach eine ganz grosse Leistung die ich im Namen aller 14 Teilnehmer ausspreche!
