The hotel is within walking distance from the train station and the city center. We warned the reception of our late arrival and received clear instructions that were easy to follow. The room was large and comfortable, with a large bathtub in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers variety with organic and vegan options. Both the receptionist and the lady in charge of the breakfast were really nice and helpful. We had a great experience.

Very nice and good located hotel. Nice staff and looking nice from the inside. Rooms a quite big for two people which is very nice. Beds were very nice. Only the pillows were too small for me which is a personal things because I love to have a bigger pillow to sleep on. Location is perfect. Just a 10 minute walk to the Hauptstraße.

Hotel interior is nice, breakfast is good with acceptable varieties, the receptionists are cooperative, rooms are clean and their interior is excellent and designed as studios so you have a complete kitchenette to do simple cooking or warm a precooked meal but I didn't try. I didn't give 5 start only because some rooms don't have air condition and its location is a bit far from the Altstat but within 5 mins you are at the beginning of the famous long shopping road. Also beds are at low height which is not comfortable to me and the mattress is not bad but can be better.

The hotel is lovely, rooms super confortable and clean. Breakfast was also great. Staff kind and helpful. It has a great location. The only negative detail is that the wifi did not work well for me.

3 stars on the paper, 4 stars in reality. It was nice, the welcome was great, the rooms and facility was great.

A very positive surprise. This is a nice little hotel with a surprisingly good breakfast for the price. Our room was in the new building, like we were told at the reception.

Very nice location close to city center. Nice room with tea kitchen and large bathroom. The main challenge is parking. The hotel have access to a limited number of parking lots - so it's rather disappointing that you make a reservation and they provide you with a key card which you pay for and then there is still no place to park.
