Nice selection of produce and local foods. I grabbed two bottles of local wine, the prices were fair. The checkout line was really long so if you go be prepared to wait a while. Otherwise a good and convenient place to grab food and snacks while exploring the town.

Whoever manages this place should be waiting every day in 20 min lines, then fired.
There’s like 6 cashier places but I swear I’ve never seen more than two open for over two years.

Edit: I had to lower from 2 stars to minimum. Nothing has changed for years.
I have serious doubt of whoever “manages” this shop. He should be fired immediately !!

This market has good selection of products, it has a nice entrance, however the cashiers area is tight and it is also under staffed as at one time the cashier was also taking care of the Pfand machine

A relatively big supermarket in Altstadt, but rather expensive, and the selection is not as good. It's good if you want to stop by quickly and get a drink or a snack, but not for groceries.
