Cosy Cafe close to the historical center. The old bridge is easily reachable on foot. Relaxed environment and easygoing owner. You feel welcome and the owner pays particular attention to the atmosphere and customer satisfaction. Had a long and friendly chat with the owner and one can see the ambition. We have particularly liked interior decoration.

This cafe has just been opened. Owners and crew are so friendly and nice. They speak English, German, Greek and Turkish. The coffee is amazing and very delicious. I think best coffee in HD. Food is fresh, handmade and very delicious. You can find gluten free and vegan options and also drinks with alcohol, especially cocktails that are amazing. This building is very old so with this stylish decoration that are in a good harmony. I love you Sapiens Cafe u0026 Bar. ????

Cozy place which has a variety of beers and wines. The ambiance is very charming. The Owner is very kind and caring.

Best Oliven and Cheese in Heidelberg! Seriously, we have tested almost 5 places but this is best :) cozy, delicious, welcoming! Highly recommended to visit before you start exploring city, or right after you came back from Castle!

I'm very sad to have to write this review, because the night was going very well right until the end. The place and atmosphere is nice, they have good cocktails (although not much variety) and we had a great time. But then the check came. In the menu the price of each cocktail was 6.90 €, the price they wanted to charge us was 8,50 €. They did not tell us from the beginning, they just changed the price at the end, which I don't even think it's legal to do. When we went for explanations, suddenly they stopped being so nice and became very argumentative. We ended up paying more and having a bad experience overall.

I would strongly recommend to avoid this place, and go to Bent instead which has better cocktails, much more variety, and friendlier stuff (they don't even try to scam you!).

A cute and stylish café and bar in the heart of old town of Heidelberg. They serve tasty coffee and very delicious food! Highly recommended. Plus: Free wifi and laptop friendly!
