This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Heidelberg. It's clean, well-designed, and well-located. It is on a busy square but I loved opening our window and taking in the action. The staff was very kind and went out of their way to welcome us.

The room is very stylish and extra quiet. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There's no bar, but there is great breakfast and an excellent coffee machine. 10/10 recommended.

I had a wonderful 6 night stay at Rafaela. It was clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned during the summer heat wave. The courtyard in front is very sweet and full of lovely cafes. Max, and all the staff, were very helpful and accomodating. I will certainly stay again!

This is a great hotel. Comfortable rooms, helpful and very friendly staff and a great breakfast too. We will stay again the next time we come to Heidelberg.
It is also a great location. Right across from the farmers market and lots of restaurants. The river is close by as well as the center of the city.

The staff is very sympathetic, the rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast offers choice for everybody. The location is close to public parking and transport. In front of the hotel is a small cosy square. And it takes only a 12 minutes walk to the city center with a very nice Altstadt. We will visit this hotel again!

Perfect location next to a beautiful market square. It was also very easy to get to the main train station. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered additional services just because they were so nice ❤️. Thank you and we will be back!
