I had a great experience dining at this restaurant. Their lentil soup is absolutely delicious. The fish entree is huge, the dish looks impressive, and it’s so yummy! The staff is very friendly as well. Definitely will go back in my next trip!

One star because there’s not an option for zero. We were a big group but I did not expect we needed to wait 2 hours for food to be served. The dish I chose was not visually appetising at all, drowning in butter, unseasoned and I did not understand its mix of spices. The rice also tasted like margarine and really was unappetising, and that’s saying a lot as I love eating rice. A friend returned the same dish he ordered as mine but the waitress still charged us for the dish. I tried to return mine mostly untouched by the time we were paying and the waitress said in German, which I did not understand at all, that I should have requested for a replacement earlier. As if 2 hours wait was not enough, I think she expected me to stay in the restaurant hungry for the whole evening while waiting for a replacement. What’s more annoying is that other smaller groups who arrived more than an hour after us got their meals before us. I was so hungry after waiting for two hours, then not having to eat my disgusting dish. I was totally not in the mood, then this belly dancer came out. I was so sorry for her, it wasn’t her fault the service was bad but really I was not in the mood for any of this anymore. So sorry I had to learn how to complain in a restaurant in this setting.

First attempt to Persian food. Impressive kebab. I love the chicken one.

We arrived at around 6 on a saturday with a group of 12 people without reservation, but we had no problems finding a table. The menu had a choice of persian dishes but I could not really figure out the differences from the description, but that wasn't a big issue. I ordered a main dish and a starter at around 6.15. And then the waiting began. We didn't get our drinks for more than half an hour, and the beers were not cold at all. We waited a total of 1h 45 min before we got our food, only after I checked at the counter and they said they were gonna bring all the plates on our table at once. Spoiler altert: They didn't. They brought some of the main dishes, but still we didn't get the rice for another 15 min. Side note: I never got the starter I ordered. They even managed to serve the dessert to one of us before anybody had anything else to eat. My main dish was okay, it was served in a seperate bowl together with a plate of rice. My friends were not that lucky. Some of the dishes were simply cold and not seasoned at all, just a bowl of an oily substance that did not taste like anything. One of us returned it, but it showed up on the bill nonetheless.
Oh yes: at 8, a belly dancer showed up and performed in the restaurant with music from the boxes for around half an hour. The staff seemed to have nothing to do, since they stopped working and rather took pictures of the dancer.
So: If you like belly dancing and bad food topped with really poor service, come here. Otherwise: Don't.

The waiters were kind of confused! After finishing the starter while we were waiting for the main dish to be served they asked if we are done want to pay!!!! Also, at the end We had a lot of food left which we wanted to take with us, but they took it away without asking. in addition, some of the foods and desserts on the menu were not available.

The food used to be better. It is a nice environment with a lot of light and nice waiters. I took Kabaab barg, and normally was delicious, but lately the quality has diminished. The price is nice and the portions quite big.

The food was not so bad as expected...
Their customer service was so much better than I had assumed (based on previous ratings). I am sure they are making efforts to grow.
I wish them well and would try them again another time
