Stayed here for 2 nights, a couple with kid. The location is perfect because you can park your car in the garage of the hotel and walk within a few minutes into the old city centre. The room was fantastic, everything was fresh, modern and well cared. The bathroom was splendid, super clean. It’s on a main road but with the windows closed absolutely no noise pollution, when the windows are open you can hear the tram. During the day not a problem and at night just close the window because the airconditioning works like a charm. One minor thing is maybe that there is no small fridge in the room but i had a mobile fridge for in the car that i could bring into the room. So when traveling with a kid that’s something to think about to keep some baby food cooled. We booked for 3 nights but because my daughter caught the flu she was not feeling well, therefore we checked out one night early and the manager did not charge the booking because of the circumstances. There aren’t a lot of hotels that would act that way! On my next visit i will definetely stay here again because the city itself is fantastic and i was not able to visit every place i planned because of the circumstances so i will come back. In short, the location is great to visit the old city centre when you are traveling by car and the rooms are super clean and well isolated against noise pollution.

Great place for our stay in Heidelberg. Visited from US and the hotel made us feel very welcomed. Clean. Easy parking. Small cafe attached with breakfast buffet and willing to make anything else you would like. Staff all over the facility were very nice and did their jobs very well. Front desk arranged a tour for us which was very informative and nice. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Nice big clean rooms. Nice place to eat breakfast. Tasty breakfast. Room had street noise and could not be heated about 20 degree Celsius.
