Lovely cafe, super friendly service, great coffee, quite nice exterior area (but next to noisy street). Prices rather crazy (13€ for a tea and a coffee, 17€ for a zucchini egg, ...)

Very rude service. I ordered 2 coffees. A lady prepared both of them in front of me next to the coffee machine. Everything was fine, then she spilled one of the coffees by mistake and told me she will change it. Until here there was no problem. However, she takes the half-spilled glass and goes to a back kitchen away from the counter. I try to see what happens because the coffee machine is not located back there, however a second employee (younger aged lady) notices and she closes the door so that I cannot see what happens while the firs lady “prepares my coffee”. Then the first lady comes back with my supposedly new coffee (she never used the coffee machine again at the counter). I politely ask if this is a new coffee and, because the younger lady looks at me in a rude manner, I remind them that it was not me who spilled the coffee. The younger lady assures me that the first coffee was thrown away and a new one was prepared and that she closed the door because I shouldn’t look when the older lady works. This is very rude because I was not doing anything wrong and she is trying to imply that I was. Also, she didn’t saw her colleague dispose the coffee and make a new one because she was not in the back kitchen with her. In general, if there is nothing to hide, why to close the door? and if the coffee was new why she didn’t use the coffee machine again? The older colleague didn’t speak English so she didn’t answer and she didn’t say anything in German either. At the end, one of my 2 purchased coffees tasted stronger like water while the other coffee which was not spilled, tasted like milk so I wasted half of my money. In general, the service from the younger lady was highly rude and she made me feel really uncomfortable. I do not recommend buying here. They have other locations where the service is way better.

Great Cafe! Typical Italian cafe with pasteries and different coffees. Great place to meet and talk with a view of the street nearby. The barista is brillant and speaks English, German and Italian! She makes a mean cappuccino with a little something extra! Only lacking internet for the perfect place!

Pretty unfriendly, poor service. we had an iced americano and a flat white. Both were middling at best, the Americano watery and the flat white tasted like strong coffee (not espresso) with milk. Completely overpriced for the level of quality. Not sure how the good overall rating on Google makes sense.

The coffee is tasty. The location and big window is great.
However the service was unbelievably impolite.
I ordered coffee twice, sitting there writing for about 45 min. Then my friend came. We sat there talking for 5min. Since we were about to leave she didn’t order any drink.
Then the waitress walked towards us to ask us for ordering some drink.
It’s eye opening service. I’d like to say that the waitress doesn’t know about polite service. Hope she could have known it better and have done right thing to her customers, who were about to like there but ended up very disappointed.

The coffee was nice but the lady with long hair that works there is super rude and racist. They should improve their service, until then I don’t recommend this place.. that lady made me feel very uncomfortable and said bad things in german to me taking advantage I am not fluent in the language.
