This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, in Germany.
The staff are super friendly and efficient.
We stayed in the superior room and to say we were impressed was an understatement.
The decor is tasteful and Ultra modern. The size of the room was large and the lighting was outstanding.
The bathroom was also unbelievably spacious and Ultra modern.
The location is a short walk over the bridge to the main shopping and pedestrian mall.
We parked our car in the girls own carpark for a reasonable fee.
All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel.

This is a spectacular hotel in Heidelberg! Great location, easy access to everything in Heidelberg. Good service, everything is super clean and the rooms are very cozy and stylish.
I will definitely book this hotel for my next trip to Heidelberg again!

I had a very pleasant stay! The room was super clean, the service was great. I wanted a extra pillow and they brought it up very quick. I would surely recommend this to others.

Greaaaat new hotel! Everything is in excellent condition and very clean! The staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here when in Heidelberg
