Very clean and modern hotel, the mattress was perfectly firm so I slept very well. The location is great: quiet and near the city center and the train station. No breakfast but you have water, tea and coffee in the room and there is a nice bakery in a parallel street.

Excellent, well-located, and cost-effective hotel! My room was actually quite large and I really appreciated the cleaning staff and the complimentary water in the room. My bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and shower was very hot, although a bit small. I found the automated self-checkin a bit off-putting but I fully understand the goal and the purpose this serves so I think it’s ultimately fine. It was just a 5–7 min walk to Bismarckplatz, which I really liked, and there were several cafes and a couple restaurants within 1–2 blocks, as well as a small supermarket. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in the City Center. The room was clean but really small. The reception of the hotel was nice, they did everything I asked. There should be a breakfast in the hotel.

Nice hotel rather centrally located. There is no breakfast but many places you can walk to nearby.

Woke up 6 am to reply a message and saw a big silverfish crawling on the floor. Super disgusting. I took a picture and immediately filmed a short video. The insect itself does not bring any disease for sure, but if you carry this uninvited guest home, you're gonna have a nightmare killing them. In Norway it is called "skjeggkre", and it has caused a lot of homeowners a lot of problems, including economic losses.

The hotel does not have 24-h reception (there will be people 3-8 pm), instead they have a hotline. I called them 3 times at 8:39 am, assuming people on the receiving end should have started working. But the number just doesn't work. I got only white noise.

I have to come back from the city centre to the hotel after 3 pm and told the receptionist the problem. He went up to the room with me, and then opened another room for me. He claims that my room, room 106, is the only room which has this problem. But that is just not possible. The insect infects the whole building. And I also raised the issue that the hot line simply doesn't work, and it has seriously interrupted my schedule sightseeing and meeting friends in Heidelberg. For that, they did not even offer an apology.

Watch out.
