I lost my phone at this bar and the owner and staff found and returned it to me. Had a great night with friends drinking and arm wrestling. Will return on my next trip to Heidelberg for sure :)

Eddy is awesome and has some really down-to-earth stories that make you feel like you're family, and he definitely treats you as such. Low-key and quiet, best place for a first date or a heart-to-heart

Really nice place to have a coffee during the day hearing to really good music, meet people from all ages and around the globe and have interesanting conversations. They got a lot of different beers. At night and mostly on the weekend is really fun and the people get to dance. The owner makes you feel at home.

A good place for a late beer and social talk. The bartender gave us very good service, nice atmosphere. Very german, we will gladly come back again!

Eddie successfully retains class and balance in a dive frequented by local alcoholics as well as young groups enjoying a night out. I recommend arriving a little drunk for an ideal experience.
