We had a really great time here! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Our room was sufficiently big and cozy. During the evenings, the street performers outside would play their instruments, and we could hear the beautiful music in our room, which was magical. There's no elevator though, so try to reduce the luggage.

Reception is up a huge staircase. No porters, no elevators. Hope you don't have much luggage! Rooms are then up more stairs. No air-conditioner in the room, not even a fan, very hot on this late spring day, would hate to stay here in summer. "On site parking" is a public parking garage a block away. Clean and tidy though. Towels are bright yellow. Staff were nice.

This place is average with a lot of stairs and slightly wonky floors. No air con no fan the only lights are the little bed lights and a small lamp. Reception are lovely. Parking is OFF SITE
If you end up on the street side of the building and need to sleep with the windows open because it's a stuffy box with no air, good luck sleeping between the rowdy late night party people the machines that run up and down the road at all hours.

Nice hotel with beautiful restaurant, clean bathrooms and nice staff. Room is coming with cold breakfast, quite ok wifi (if you know, where to connect) and regular 6 o'clock street sweeper's drive-throughs under the window.
Work trip stay is worth it due to great location in the old town though.

Regular ticket gets you into the courtyard and a 5 min circle of eateries and 1 view of the river and town and the biggest wine barrel I have seen..... Guided tour may be different.

Clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. The location is excellent as well, right on the main walking street of Heidelberg.

Very good service. Very kind people. Nice atmosphere. The only problem is that there are no parking as it is a pedasttian area. .
