Good gym. I joined about two months ago and love it so far. For me the convenience of the location is worth the price, also the good opening hours. The staff are friendly and I am enjoying attending some of the classes. The locker room is spacious and the showers are pretty good. There is always good water pressure and hot water. The gym gets full-ish in the evenings but never too bad - I’ve never had to wait for a treadmill, for example. I would definitely recommend this gym.

There is nothing premium about this gym. Considering that you pay 140€ a month, it is extremely outdated. Most of the machines are broken and a part of them are not optimal at all. The dumbbells and barbells are very old some of them are slightly bent. The customer service is terrible and extremely unprofessional. They have misinformed me a lot and it seemed like they were taking me as a joke. The changing rooms are always sweaty and smell bad. They also have rules which I don’t understand. For example, men aren’t allowed to wear tank tops at the gym( I bought that at gymshark that is a well known brand for gym clothes). When I asked them why, they didn’t say anything, just that I needed to leave. They also have a ton of other rules that no one follows but for that particular rule I had to get kicked out of the gym. Would not recommend!

I was very disappointed with this gym about many things:
* The price is way to high for the equipments that are run down and veery old
* The quality of the equipment is very poor
* The song choice is horrible for a gym
* Stupid rules like do not talk on the phone. If i want to talk to the phone i should because most people are with headphones and i am not bothering anyone.
* Another rule that i am very angry about is that men should not wear stringers or tanks, being told that they are almost naked, when women come with crop top tank-tops and without a bra wich is basically naked. Now either set the rules the same for men and women or do not put rules at all!

It's expensive, but it's also very clean and with professional trainers. The staff in general is really good. But for the price you pay it's annoying to wait a lot for your turn on the machines, and it's even more annoying that almost half of the tapis roulant are defekt.

When I first signed up for this gym, I was told I could cancel my membership at any point in time simply by posting the termination form to thier office. This was the first thing I tried four months ago only to find out how misinformed I was about just how complicated thier termination policy can get. So I visited the gym where I was told to contact thier helpline. The staff on the helpline is extremely rude and uncooperative. I feel like I'm trapped and being forced to pay for something I do not want and cannot afford at this point in time!

DEFINITELY NOT PREMIUM IN ANY WAY

This gym is the result of a lack of local competition. Very expensive for very little value..but hey, what choice do you have?

-over priced
-poor air conditioning.. The whole room is sweaty
-crowded machine layout
-no water.. Astounding considering the cost
-impossible to try gym for a day unless planning to pay 18 euros up front.
-extremely rigid membership rules

Extremely outdated gym, the equipment is very very old and they do not even have a stair master machine. For the price that I was paying I expected a top gym with really nice machines and weights but sadly I was let down. During peak hours the gym is overcrowded and it is hard to get a turn on most of the equipment. Bathrooms smelt terrible. Definitely reconsider your choice and go to venice beach or aera fitness in Rohrbach.
