As per location and bakery, great spot. I did not try the bakery though for lunch. Instead, I just hopped inside the restaurant to grab a quick lunch. Staff was nice, can interact in Deutsch as well as English.

The sandwiches and coffee we bought here were very good and the prices were great too. The salesperson spoke good English to us. I would definitely return.

ASK some questions BEFORE making assumptions!!

Food may be consumed in the restaurant after being purchased in the bakery, BUT, you ask for a ticket to do this in the bakery. Be aware prices are about 40% more than the bakery goods for take away - but worth it to sit down!! Coffee was excellent!!

Cakes looked delicious but the person who work in the cash registry is very rude. I prefer spending my money for a hospitable service :)

Racist staff manager and rude. Kept shouting at the staff and was giving us uncomfortable looks throughout. I was traveling with my family. He should be fired. Forgot to check reviews before entering the place. Apparently, the staff has been behaving the same for the last 4 years.

Would give a 1,but we liked the baked goods we purchased. But staff is very rude. My husband went in 30 min before closing and they were throwing an actual fit. Ridiculous.

Heights of Racism by the staff and specially the Manager. He kept making us feel uncomfortable and we felt harassed by him. It’s disheartening to see such behaviour at this cosmopolitan era. Would definitely not recommend anyone to visit this place.
