Icecream are great, full of flavour and tasty. An old guy behind counter doesn’t seem friendly and welcoming. It’s a self service restaurant so you need to order and pick your order to a place which are nicely available outside.

Overall taste is pretty good. Little overpriced 1.50 euro per ice cream. Staff friendliness is ok.

One of the worst services I have ever had. My mother who doesn't speak German fluently, was being joked at by the rude servers, and they only treated us with irony and ignorance. Please don't give them any of your valuable money. Also the ice cream was bad and pricy

The taste is amazing! I don't understand why this place doesn't have higher rating, probably because nonfriendly servers. Just put up with rude employees for one minute and try the incredible taste ????

Visited today. No card payment available (they accept only cash, I don’t like it). The taste was not the better of all the Gelaterie I visited in Germany. And even to eat on site, they use plastic bowls…

The ice cream was so-so and too expensive for the quality - but what really made me rate the shop so low is the incredibly rude staff. Complained in front of me about me after I asked for their recommendations - will never go there again nor do I recommend anyone else do so.
