I came in a student tour in July 2022. Dinner was a vegetarian ravioli and salad with jello. The ravioli was delicious, I just wish there were more. The jello was ok. Service was excellent.

I've got very mixed feelings about this place: prefect location x a gutted interior with ugly furnishings; best Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte I've ever had x negligent u0026 inefficient service (well, if at the end of the day employees are exhausted by crowds of hooligans u0026 high-school students, is it their fault?!).

Very nice Cafe with lovely cakes and nice ambience, cosy and quite spacious. The teas and coffee are nice as well you can get food, beer and nice wine selection as well ! Moderate prices with nice staff

It was the worst experience ever the customer service is extremely bad.
We paid for coffee and we had Apple juice from a different shop and he actually said to us to go out to drink the apple juice because we didn’t buy it from his CAFE he was extremely rude and disrespectful .
He ruined our whole day and our whole trip to Heidelberg however Heidelberger is a beautiful city so don’t let anyones bad customer service ruin your day

Staff was friendly but food does not deserve more than 2 or 3 stars… avoid salad caprese and flammuchen
