The panini hänchen gyros is a wrong and bad attempt to sell kebap in a sandwich. Tasteless and abundant. I also got black burned specks in the bread. Bad experience.

As all Görz bakeries, a great place to have breakfast and coffee.
I recommend the Handwerker, a hearty snack with pickles and Leberwurst.

Attention if you want to visit on Saturdays. on This Bäcker Görtz branch seems to have two parts. One is next to the restaurant BräuStadel, the one mostly referred to (and where the map shows), does not open on Saturdays recently (even the map days it is open on Saturdays). While another part is inside the building Mathematikon, right in front of Rewe, Aldi, and Rossmann, is quite like a take away shop, and it has also places to sit. But of course it is not as cozy as the other.
The review: I almost only go to the one marked by the map, because it is cozy, has good working music, undisturbed corner with comfortable couches on the second floor, good variety of breakfast Menu, cakes, bread, and Coffee ☕

Friendly and polite staffs. Even opens on Sundays. Good food and coffee. Boy I can’t ask for more!
