I live in Los Angeles, but grew up in Germany. My mother fainted and was treated at this Hospital. Very scary situation- from one moment to another and I had no way of beeing there. From day one I contacted the hospital everyone was very friendly and kind. This took a big burden from me- having the feeling of humanity and care given by the attitude of the staff. The first night I spoke to a nurse named Nicole, my first point of contact. Being in the middle of the pandemic I can only imagine how busy everyone must be on top of everything else but she still mentioned my call to my mom and charged her cell properly so I was able to reach her. Also I would like to point out Dr. Roessy! She is wonderful. She took her time explaining everything to my mom, who's German is mediocre at best, and also to me in detail explaining pros about the upcoming surgery as well as giving facts about the risks. What a wonderful hospital and how lucky they are to have all the staff there is, especially Dr. Roessy. Thank you so so much everyone and God bless!!! This was a great experience and I feel very fortunate to had that group of peopel to deal with. THANK U!!!

This is a nice hospital in hannover, well connectes with Tram line 5 , bus lines 123, 124 . Well trained medical staff say the doctors , nurses, responsible supporting staff, strict health and huygine measures and emergency service as usual.

They are very patient in listening to your issues and responds accordingly. Most of them speak deutsch and english too hence language cant be a constraint for people who are native speakers. If you cant speak deutsch even, they help you understand and communicate. Much appreciated. Overall, one of the best hospital in Hannover.

I joined here thrice , the initial examination , blood tests , x-ray, bp, pluse frequenz tests were quick and they allot the bed too if needed to be admitted without any hassles quickly.

The nurses are so kind and cooperative in assisting when we are unable to support ourselves in post operative conditions.

These are all my personal experiences and opinions .

Thanks

I was sent home when I laboured true pain.
The Doctor and nurses in duty said it was not true pain since the graph measured by the CTG say so .
The hospital did not owe responsibilities to admit me due to this objectively collected data they had at hand.
I returned back home I was bearing the pain, it was my third delivery NOT my first.
The pain was at the peak,I felt the head and my husband detoured back immediately from home to the hospital, the road was blocked in traffic as it was peak hours then, when we had to rush .
I was crawling on all fours upon reaching at the enterance.
Had to shout out to get a wheelchair and help.
Nurse's hushed to be quite and asserted that I will deliver after an hour not now, they said after a PV examination.
I shouted "No" !
A push and away the baby was out in less than 15 minutes.
In an hour I was in my alotted bed ????.
At the time of discharged the duty doctor apologized stating there was no bed when I arrived first and that I had to be sent back home.
She was honest enough to inform me that both admission and care failed.
Well this was my experience at Vinzen,I went with lot's of hopes.
I hope people learn from my experience ,reason out and avail better experiences.
I'm a nurse myself and had to witness such drama happening in my reality.

One Norse in this Hospital is rasist and I can't believe how she acted. I was there in emergency part , because after really lot of alcohole I had a such a huge huge pain for 7 hours. I once cut my finger badly and even compare to that, this pain was really huge. I really thought I will gonna dye. ( People KANN dye because of alcohol and they didnt know that. PLZ see some news !!!! ) STILL I thought A LOT if I go there or not. At that moment I really thought I need help so I went there but one norse was acting like why Im there. How could some norse say like that? She just judge me like Im there for no reason BEFORE I said something. And even if Im korean, She said that I Chinese and I don't need help. Even before checking the patients chronic disease or so, Why did she judge me like a doctor? If people is in pain, sould they do their best frist of all? It was really really unpleasent experience.

These are killers and not doctors. I am a medical doctor in the United States and when my grandfather and grandma were in the hospital I wanted to review their care. Not only did the doctors from the internal medicine ward not respond and we're completely obnoxious , they also provided horrible care. Grandfather they killed, he got secondary sepsis, so clearly their hygiene is horrible and they did not bother to provide resuscitation. Grandma was complaining of chest pain and was not given an echo. They kept on checking if pneumonia If resolved with chest xrays, who does that? Highly incompetent people. A disgrace of our proffession.
