5 Bee Xxxx - 8 months ago
I live in Los Angeles, but grew up in Germany. My mother fainted and was treated at this Hospital. Very scary situation- from one moment to another and I had no way of beeing there. From day one I contacted the hospital everyone was very friendly and kind. This took a big burden from me- having the feeling of humanity and care given by the attitude of the staff. The first night I spoke to a nurse named Nicole, my first point of contact. Being in the middle of the pandemic I can only imagine how busy everyone must be on top of everything else but she still mentioned my call to my mom and charged her cell properly so I was able to reach her. Also I would like to point out Dr. Roessy! She is wonderful. She took her time explaining everything to my mom, who's German is mediocre at best, and also to me in detail explaining pros about the upcoming surgery as well as giving facts about the risks. What a wonderful hospital and how lucky they are to have all the staff there is, especially Dr. Roessy. Thank you so so much everyone and God bless!!! This was a great experience and I feel very fortunate to had that group of peopel to deal with. THANK U!!!
