They don't have enough room for admitted students. If you are international student you have upto a year waiting list. If u visit their office the answer is we dont have any rooms available.

Ich würde jedem davon abraten eine Wohnung vom Studentenwerk zu beziehen, wenn möglich. Wenn nicht, sollte man auf Nummer sicher gehen und nie frühzeitig aus dem Vertrag austreten!! auch nicht mit deren Zusage !!!
Ich habe darum gebeten frühzeitig ausziehen zu können und dieses wurde mir auch zugesagt, wenn ein Nachmieter gefunden werden sollte, was bei den gegebenen Umständen kein Problem ist, da die Wartelisten endlos lang sind.
Ich wurde darum gebeten die Wohnung auszuräumen zum Tag X, was ich auch getan habe und den Schlüssel abzugeben, was ich einen Tag später gemacht habe, da die Hausverwalterin zum Mittag nicht mehr im Hause gewesen ist bis ich einem neu eingezogenen Nachbarn einige meiner Haushaltsgegenstände überlassen habe, was ich denen auch mitgeteilt habe !

Bei der Rückzahlung meiner Kaution musste ich feststellen, dass ich diese nur Anteilig zurückerhalten habe, mit der Begründung es sei kein neuer Nachmieter vorhanden gewesen ?!?!?!

Somit wurde mir der frühzeitige Auszug zugesagt worden, ich musste ausziehen und die Schlüssel abgeben und durfte im nachhinein die anteilige Miete für eine Wohnung zahlen, dessen Nutzung mir nicht mehr zur Verfügung gestanden hat!
