Its good place to hang out in summers. They have open air live streaming of football matches. And the drinks are also cheaper, lets say they are available at student prices.
If you want to hang out with your group of friends, i would recommend this place. Also, its quite close to center of Hannover and walkable distance from Leibniz Universität.

Beer garden of a student's association of Leibniz University ...patronized by student's, international students cool hang out if weather is nice and to watch live football on a huge LED screen moderate prices self service ...pizza and snacks are available and OK
