Best ramen place in Hanover! Many vegan and vegetarian options available. Highly recommend the Miso Ramen and the black sesame ice cream.

The food was surprisingly good, we ordered miso, Tsukemen and Shouyu ramen! They are all very very tasty. If you like stronger, saltier flavour than definitely go for miso! I will for sure come back next time, good location, good service, good price, perfect food!

Ordered shoyu ramen and tantan men without broth. The food is nice, but the service is very poor. Maybe because the waiter had a bad day or maybe he just doesn't care. Does impact the entire experience.

Not recommend at all. With the price of 12€, there’s only noodle(not very authentic ramen), very small portion of chicken (I’d say only 1/5 of the meat in a normal Döner), and some bean sprouts. Its advertisement are all over Chinese social media indicating there’s an authentic Japanese cook, but actually when I got there, there’s absolutely no Japanese cook.

Best ramen in Hannover. The soup is thick and flavourful, and the noodles are authentic ramen noodles with a firm bite. Currently only possible for DIY due to covid restrictions, but looking forward to be able to dine-in one day. The Tan-Tan Men is also delicious!
Edit: Finally had the chance to dine-in a few days ago. Great service and delicious food. They even have authentic Japanese ice cream desserts - matcha, black sesame, red bean ????

We had a lunch there, I ordered tantan-men ramen, it had some spring onions and one other leafy vegetable that I don't know. It was edible, but not that great. I would have ordered something different if I could read German and I didn't see any English menu. The staff was nice and polite, but doesn't speak English. We also had a chiffon cake, that was ok.
They have indoor and outdoor sitting space, it is wheelchair accessible, they also have a toilet and they accept cash (don't know if they accept cards or not because we paid in cash).

I lived in Japan for a while and im always looking for authentic ramen shops (or at least as close as you can get). When i saw tsukemen on the menu, it's my favorite and I got kind of excited! Unfortunately, it fell pretty flat...tsukemen broth is supposed to be thicker and stronger in taste than standard ramen broth. My broth was very watery and looked exactly like the miso broth my friend ordered. I suspect they used the same broth. And the chashu was... bizarre. It was bone white, like it came out of a can, and was also watery and pretty bland. And to top it off, the restaurant doesn't serve beer. What kind of ramen shop doesn't serve beer? if youre going to do Japanese, do it right.
