Really don't get the transparent bathroom design. Privacy is nice, even if you're with your spouse.
Air was pretty thick in our room. Opened the windows until it was time to sleep. Pretty noisy outside. But that is to be expected in a central location of course. With the windows closed it was acceptable.
Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing fancy, edible. Except for the coffee. In hotels I usually press espresso 3 or 4 times (depending on the line) to get something that is barely drinkable. But I was really happy with this one.

Cool hotel, very clean, awesome bed and pillow. The bathroom is new and clean, no mold. The bar next to the reception is staffed with nice bartenders and a good variety of whiskies :-) best had-to-stay due to bad weather i ever had

A great place to spend a few days! Nice rooms and nice bathrooms and showers. Perfect location,very close to restaurants and to the main trainstation in Hannover ????

Imagine this situation:
You're finally coming to the hotel (at 11p.m) after a long drive and first thing you hear is that if you don't have covid passport, you can't enter your room. Summary, if you'll book room, and even pay for it by some booking app(there wasn't any word about covid passport), but you don't have your covid passport you won't be able to use your room. Yes, this is my current situation.
Actually, tanks to you I'm on my 15hr drive without any sleep. I don't recommend this hotel :)

Nice, clean and updated rooms; good breakfast; and convenient location close to the train station. Friendly staff. However, I stayed in one of the few rooms that didn’t have A/C during a big heat wave. I slept poorly between the heat and the noise from the construction right below which started very early. As far as I see it, the main purpose of a hotel room is to have a comfortable place to sleep, so the rest of the nice stuff doesn’t matter. Glad to leave.

There is no a/c in the rooms so you will not sleep if it is warm. Every time someone on the corridor leaves their room, your door will rattle in its frame so you will hear the first to the last person heading to breakfast or the train or whatever.
Breakfast staff weren't exactly helpful or pleasant either.
Avoid if you can.

Very poor customer service. As someone that travels 6-8 months out of the year, I was never faced with such terrible behavior. My business trip was cancelled due to COVID19 in March, with the cancellation of Hannover Messe. Unlike every other hotel, management decided to charge guests the full amounts! If they can't get their act together with a pandemic and travel restrictions on U.S. guests, then don't trust them with anything else.
