Excellent services and high quality rooms. Astonishingly, during the last day we had to leave at 6:00 am, but the hotel staff put together a delicious breakfast to-go for us, which was very kind of them. Definitely using this hotel again.

I slipped in for breakfast as variety from my own nearby hotel's offering. Good enough but not exciting enough for a full review.
Attention by the wait staff was prompt and friendly.
Not once was I challenged whether I was a guest or it was prepaid. However I did pay at the front desk.
Scrambled eggs - if you are going to use egg powder don't serve it like an 'egg loaf'.... Quite the worst scrambled eggs in the whole of my Germany visit.

Very new and good looking hotel.
The reception was nice and also talked English.
It's just a few hundred metres from the main station. So very good location.
The rooms are cozy and clean.
Prices are fair too.

Family of 4 stayed for one night. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very spacious and clean rooms. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days. Very clean and the room was exactly as pictured. The staff was so very kind and helpful. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the train station and main shopping area with many restaurants and cafes. I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Hannover.

Great Basic hotel for city holidays. Not so long distance to walking street and bars. Nice and clean. Awesome beds and good breakfast

The Hotel staff specially the receptionists were polite , energetic always smiling , the rooms were clean , i enjoyed my stay very much
