Went here for a one night stay before going home. Great price, lovely staff and really cool and fresh boxes/rooms. Almost like a capsule hotel which are popular in Japan. Only negative thing is that the rooms are not well isolated, so I could hear people in other rooms talking and people in the corridor. It doesn’t effect me much though so I was happy with the stay.

Perfect accommodation. Close to the bus stop but also in walking distance of the main train station. Rooms were clean and lovely and cool. Beds were very comfortable. Free coffee and tea available in the reception area. Perfect for an over night stay.

A really interesting hotel experience! I was able to check-in, activate door locks, and check-out completely independently from my phone. I didn't need to interact with staff.

If you're not comfortable using an app, there was staff present to check people in and provide a physical key card.

The room I had was a double with two single beds stacked but separated by stairs. The loft area also had a shower while the lower area had a sink. Toilets are shared.

The shower was a bit annoying because you needed to keep pushing the faucet button every few seconds to keep the water on. But it was hot and had plenty of pressure.

The beds and comforter were super comfortable!

There is a station with water, tea, and coffee, in the "lobby" area. There is also a tiered seating space, but no tables. My room didn't have a fridge and there is no common kitche area. There's a quiet workspace located in a triangular space, nestled between the rooms.

The interior space got pretty stuffy and the room feels a bit like a sauna after a shower. There is good ventilation though.

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the Hannover Hbf. It's well priced and a great for a solo traveler. I'd stay again!

Perfect to visit the city for a weekend, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower was okay, and the staff people were very nice. The only negative thing was hearing the other's doors slamming, the walls are a bit thin apparently. In general, very happy

Really enjoyed staying here. Nice staff and a good location. Room was exactly as advertised, nice and clean and really good value for money. Would absolutely stay here or any of their other hotels again

Great location, cheap u0026 free coffee/tea that runs out fast. That’s however one of the only good things we can say about BoxHotel. The room gets very hot during the night and there’s no way that u can ventilate your room.
Trough out the night u hear alarms going off the whole time from others people rooms. ( we dont even know what the alarm was for). If your not hearing alarms it’s the heavy doors that close on itself. They made the whole box shake as well.
If you aren’t a deep sleeper don’t come here because u wont have a good night of sleep.

Terrible experience. The idea is great but during our stay the room temperature was way too high. I'm currently writing this lying in a hot box at 3:19 AM. The corridor is way cooler than the box. Yet an unfriendly employee on the Hotline told us it's a common problem and can't be fixed at the moment and blamed the hot weather even though it's 18°C outside. Stay away from those hotels until this issue is fixed.
