The staff is amazing. They are so welcoming and made sure that I get all the information and I feel very comfortable. My physiotherapist can speak satisfactory English but to make me understand everything she used Google translator and explained me everything very clear kept the whole session alive and it is definitely rare in hospitals here. The receptionist was also very sweet she looked up for the closest appointments she can give, took my preferences and accordingly gave the appointments. Also they will inform you if there is a closer appointment available based on how important your treatment is. I would totally recommend everyone to go here if they need physiotherapy. The clinic, the staff, the location everything is perfect.

6 sessions of KMT were prescribed to me by the doctor, these were carried out here, the treatment time was always shorter than actually agreed, when I asked how this could be extended, I was advised to have the doctor prescribe the MT for me, as it would probably take 35 minutes and you would have more options.

I did, also had these 6 treatments done here, each treatment didn't last more than 25 minutes.

Ok I thought maybe it's because it's cash based.
I then booked 5 private appointments, a 30-minute massage!
Result of the first private massage, I was only treated for 23 minutes and was still billed for 30 minutes.

I immediately canceled follow-up appointments! Invoice paid without deductions anyway. This is absolutely not okay!

As for the therapy itself, it didn't get better, it couldn't be treated to get any relief.

Nettes Ambiente und netter Empfang, Terminvergabe unkpompliziert. Räumlichkeiten Modern.

6 Sitzungen KMT wurden mir vom Arzt verschrieben, diese wurden hier durchgeführt, die Behandlungszeit war immer kürzer als eigentlich abgesprochen, auf nachfrage wie man diese verlängern könnte riet man mir das ich mir vom Arzt die MT verschreiben zu lassen da diese wohl 35 min dauern würde und man hätte mehr möglichkeiten.

Hab ich gemacht, auch diese 6 Behandlungen hier durchführen lassen, jede Behandlung hat nicht mehr als 25min gedauert.

Ok dachte mir vielleicht liegt es daran das es auf Kassenbasis läuft.
Hab mir dann Privat 5 Termine gebucht, Massage a 30min!
Ergebnis bei der ersten Privaten Massage, ich wurde lediglich 23min behandelt und es wurden trotzdem 30min abgerechnet.

Folgetermine habe ich daraufhin sofort storniert! Rechnung ohne Abzüge trotzdem bezahlt. Sowas ist absolut nicht in Ordnung!

Zum eigentlichen zur Therapie, es wurde nicht besser, es konnte nicht behandelt werden um ansatzweise Linderung zu erreichen.
