Very poor service! We had 2 recent issues with Momax, we bought a chair with the expected delivery of 2 months, after 3 months of waiting, we called to momax to ask when is the expected delivery, when they said that - what do you want, we have production issues. In the end we canceled the purchase asking for a refund.
2nd time -we bought sofa and they delivered 2 wrong parts of sofa and when calling to momax asking them to deliver the correct pieces, we had a long ping pong. So after chasing them for a week we finally got some response... Very poor customer service and internal mess in this company
