I’ve been at many KFC restaurants, but this one is hands down the filthiest one i’ve been to sofar. If they cant keep their toilettes clean, they for sure cant keep their kitchen clean. Incredible that KFC allows such mess. Embarrassing!

Mr Sanders spins in his grave. This is kentucky dried chicken not fried. Pepsi is dulited so much that has no taste at all. Shame.

Horrible chef, very rude. Food was cold. Bad experience overall.

Very tasty and good quality chicken as is available in any KFC in Germany. Hospitality can be okay to very friendly. All in all, the only place to have decent fried chicken in the Hannover region.

There was no soap in the restroom. I informed the workers and they gave me attitude about it. This might not have been such a big deal any other time, but right now with everything with Corona it is a big deal. I asked the cashier if I ordered #13 3piece meal could I get all thighs he told me yes. Once I received my food I have 1 thigh, leg, and beast. I told him he said I could get 3 thighs and he responded well I need to mix it up. My issue is if he had told me that when I initially asked i would have order something different. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes just to receive my drink. The customers in line behind me received their items while I was still just standing there waiting for a drink.
