Decent enough for travelling close to motorway. Old carpets and weird wiring, light had to be on in the room for socket from TV to work. Employees very friendly and ready to help. Restaurant on site with delicious food. Baby cot seen better days.

The rooms were great and the AC was perfect for the warm weather these days.
The gym was good but some equipment didn't work so far. The breakfast was also good but the staff struggled a bit to refill the drinks and coffeemaker.

Clean and enjoyable hotel with friendly staff. In a calm area. Nothing particular to make it stand out, but nice for a short stay. Ubahn station close by. 15min trip to center

My room was large, confortable and clean.
The inside of the hotel is pleasant.
Breakfast was very good despite the fact that one of the waitresses was unsympathetic and unpolite. This lady was upset by my late arrival at breakfast (09:15)...

We needed to be close to the northern part of Hannover and was exactly the place we needed. The links from the city center are great just with the tram 3 . Nearby is a shopping center as well!
Plenty food with several choices, fruits yoghurts ,croissants and so on...
Clean and tidy! Spacious room with big screen TV ,minibar and coffee machine. The bathroom also nice with powerful water pressure and huge mirrors .

The lady whom checked us in was really polite and helpful, we arrived nearly two hours earlier and she give us the keys without any hesitation. I did mention in the booking that we might arrive earlier.So thank you

Unfortunately it was really dirty in the room, e.g. paint and spots/stains on carpet. paying over 350€ for a night, you‘d expect more cleanliness

Worse service I never saw. The two receptionists were unable to understand and even read the name of booking !!! Then they refuse to give pur room. As it was well booked, we got pur room after 1 hour of negotiation. Completly unrealistic
