The emergency section of Klinikum siloha is the worst you can experience. Rudest staff on the counter and completely unsympathetic nurses that don't bother to try to even speak English even when the patient is in bad condition. Even though everyone younger than 60 years age in Germany knows basic English through school. Would never prefer it.

Terrible wait time, why make an appointment for “Sprechstunde” to wait over 3hours? Poor service and customer orientation. Rude, unhelpful staff. “Es ist immer bei uns so” with no apology or outlook for further wait is not a valid reason for having no respect for people’s time. Do better!

The ladies helping people at the emergency entrance are the rudest people! I came 31st may 2021 at 14:00 and stayed until 15:00. They would not great or help you at all! The gynecologist was very nice and he made an effort to talk to me in English. But the ladies at the entrance... Awful!

I went at 1:00 am to the emergency because of Asthma attack and i don‘t have a spray.. they refused to help me at the entrance and the lady told me they can‘t figure out which spray i need without even sending me to a doctor to check me..
i went there after reading on their website that they could help in times when doctors are away..

i was shocked that a f*** huge hospital doesn‘t have a doctor that could figure out which asthma spray would help me breath!!
They didn‘t even look or try..

Unbelievable. We waited 5 hours yesterday for me to be admitted. Today with my procedure scheduled at 11, it was at 1:15.
If that were not bad enough, I went to all of the trouble of telling administration about my food allergies, which they said was no problem and today they have absolutely nothing I can eat! Nothing. Not even a banana. My husband has to bring me food! Completely unacceptable

My Eyes were once really hurt ,red and i could ve literally cried. But they cant do anything about it and they said its not rly an emergency. Then told me to go to other hospital or make schedule with the doctor first. They were also not that friendly. Some of my friends already warned me about this actually. They are just not good.

Worst experience at the hospital. Went on an emergency fever and sever headache. Doctor refuses to even touch the patient and examine. Just give a standard fever and headache prescription even after mentioning about the viral fever.

The admin of the hospital needs to consider this.
