Wonderful location, quiet rooms, amazing friendly staff.

What I liked the most about the hotel is they are working with the customers to protect the environment. They offer you a free drink if you decide that the room doesn't need cleaning.

What a warm welcome.
I had booked another hotel with my son and was not happy about it. Last minute we had to switch.

I called the hotel and was well assisted. Once we arrived I was able to complete the booking. My son was hungry and was offered a croissant and a drink.

We had taken a deluxe room on recommendation because we would have a bit more extra’s in the room. It was not case.
Soap was out and the TV did not work. Also the air conditioning didn't work properly even though I had the window shut tightly.

I had indicated this in the morning but there was no response. I left it at that.

The parking garage is spacious and clean and the hotel is located good. Easy to walk to the city. There is a market on the day we were there.

You can also have breakfast across the street but that is a bad restaurant af full service. You better can have breakfast in the hotel much better service.

Had a expo during May and reserved this hotel. A very prompt and nice personnel with helpful attitude! Hotel room was great, nothing was missing and it was super clean. I was pleased to have hangers for clothes and some drawers. Breakfast tastes great, good quality and is more than enough, nice veggies selection too. For messe nord commuting a bit far but otherwise recommend this hotel to anyone visitong in Hannover.

Nice hotel, beautiful rooms and quiet area. It's up to 15 min walk to old town, through nice park and interesting old grave stones. We already stayed in several NH hotels, this one was so far my favorite ????

Room was clean, bathroom very spacius and nice walk in shower. We couldn't figure out the air-con, but wide open window saved the night. We slept great, bed was really comfortable, enough pillows and one big cover. Bathroom and front doors was separated by small hallway from the bedroom, so no noise in the morning/night from corridors. Good solution!

Personal was friendly and ladies at FO helpful. Just during our leave we couldn't pass the corridor with suitcases, because housekeeping left vacuum cleaner, troley and laundry troley completely blocking the way. The cleaner saw it and yet we had to ask him to remove it from the way.

Breakfast area is modern, with nice choices. Delicious.

Absolutely perfect. Hotels in this city are quite cheap, but here was perfect. Next to this hotel, there is a large park, and a grocery store. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the train.

Modern and comfortable hotel. Nice room, recent renovation. So pleasant place to stay. Also good location next to the city center.

I stayed here for a week.

The breakfast: simple but just enough variety. Things are fresh. I’m picky about my coffee so their coffee tasted burnt.

The internet: it’s slowwwwwww. I had to pay for the advanced internet and it was a bit better.

The housekeeping: maybe because it’s just a causal clean, it wasn’t as clean as I’d expect.
