Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. I haven't tried the breakfast because we was in the hurry, but the dining room looked very clean and nice. The lade at the seat was also very nice. I recommend overall.

The hotel needs improvement. Its main problem is the bad cleaning service: Do not pick up dirty towels and as you can see they do not clean anything. The floor can be verified that it is dirty and little or nothing has been cleaned here. Another inconvenience of staying here is its bad situation: despite having good access by car or public transport it is very far from the center of Hanover.

Although the hotel is located in the suburbs, a little far from city centre, but the tram station is just opposite the hotel, barely 15 mtrs away. You can reach city centre within 15 minutes.
The owner of the hotel is polite and helpful, and so are the other emplyees.
Breakfast is good.

For one night I payed in cash at the arrival time. After a wille in my bank account statement apear they take payment again, after another month again. At the mail sent with the bill and all the info they didnt respond. The next step is to sue them.

Worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Very rude staff. Rooms were small with ancient furniture and accommodations. Never staying here again.

Nice place to stay with roof top garden and a great ace to eat with views over the city.
