Close to central station, very good location. It’s ok for a short stay however not during the weekend as it is located on the very crowded street full of Turkish and Arabian cafes with very loud music and people and close to the night clubs street, impossible to open the windows. The room is small, but very clean and has everything what you need. Cleaning was done on a regular basis, everything works. Unfortunately, Russian lady at reception isn’t friendly at all

The room was fine, but if you can't sleep in a hotel it loses all its value. The hotel is next to a street full of clubs and they have the music on full blast all night long, it's impossible to sleep. The windows of the hotel don't soundproof very well. At least this happened to me at the weekend, during the week I don't know if it will be the same.

Great hotel, 7min walking from main station, zone with a lot of shops and restaurant. Hotel clean with nice room. Breakfast is OK they should only add smoked salmon and better espresso ????

Location is top. But only for workdays. Friday and Saturday disco/clubs are working in front of the hotel until 09:00 AM. Rooms are small, bathroom cab is smaller than Smart. I am 95kg and for me was very hard to make moves inside. Big(double) bed I ordered and I receive two single beds with wheels. If the room was bigger may be we can make a competition with my wife. Staff is rude!

In this hotel, we had the worse check-in experience ever. When we arrived, we went to the reception and recommended ourselves and told about our reservation (all it was in English). Then the woman on the reception at once start talking Russian and said "Oh, now you already can speak Russian", we answered that we prefer English and it`s better for us because we don`t speak Russian. After that woman became irritated and very nervously started preparing all the needed papers for check-in and parking. Then she started talking German and after we have asked her if she speaks English - she said NO, so we proceeded listening to her monologue in German. Thankfully we can partially understand it, so after this "perfect" communication we found our room and managed to park the car. It was absolutely unprofessional behavior and we were really shocked.
By the way, the hotel doesn`t have it own parking and you should park your car on the street and after go to the reception with all your stuff and there take a special card to access public parking.
Location of the hotel is also not very good - at night somewhere near the hotel is disco and you can hear all the noise very well right in your room.

The hotel is quite close to city centre and easily accessible by the Bahn.. The staff was very good and the room was spacious. A lot of restaurant surround the hotel (Including Indian hotel) and food isn't a problem. Room rate is also quite reasonable..
