It's an unprofessionally managed hotel with the advantage of a great location. It has little else going for it. Mediocre interiors at best, mediocre cleanliness at best, chaotic allocation of rooms and mismanagement of bookings. Want to meet a stranger in his pijamas at 10 pm? Ask for a key from the front desk to an "unoccupied" room.

The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and simple. The furniture was rather old and didn't follow a theme.
Funnily I got a key to a room where some staff member was sleeping and I woke her up by unlocking. But I got another one with a fresh bed.

location location location. they also recently renovated so rooms are still tidy and new HOWEVER, they opened the place when it's incomplete! arrived Saturday midday and found bathroom lights not working. had to go all the way down to complain and didn't get a response after 20mins..came back down again and receptionist said someone will come in 10mins so decided to wait at reception. lady arrived saying essentially that they knew the bulb was faulty so she has to go to buy a light bulb!! how is that acceptable? they knew this and still checked people in the room and didn't buy earlier??? I didn't budge so they transferred us to a different room. came into new room found the bedside lamps didn't have bulbs, room didn't have remote control for TV, and cabinet didn't have clothes hangers. took things into my own hands and took missing stuff from previous room. the bulbs are still missing as previous room didn't have any either. comedy really. so we just left it. they also don't clean the rooms properly everyday however they do empty the bins and refill water bottles. also, for all 5 floors there's only one lift that can fit 2 people with luggage, max 3. oh, we also asked if we can borrow an iron and ironing board as soon as we arrived, three days into stay still haven't heard anything and decided to give up asking reception so attended conference with creasy clothes. what else can I say... I personally would not come back unless they get their act together. shame really as in such a prime location.

We arrived at the hotel 10 mins after check in closed as traffic was really bad due to road works so we could not gain access to the property. There was a number on the door to phone for check in but nobody would answer despite us phoning more than 10 times so we were unable to stay at the hotel and had to find alternative accommodation late at night (which is very stressful)

When we spoke to the hotel the following day, they did not care or have any sympathy for our situation (they didn't even ask where we stayed). The manager was to phone me back several times and never did. The level of customer services is disgraceful and I would stay as far away from this hotel as possible. Actually, I wouldn't call it a hotel, its more like a 1 star Bed and Breakfast.

The property looked very shabby and run down and there is certainly better value for money to be found.

Worst hotel I ve ever been to in the past 23 countries I have been to. Anyone can get inside your room when you are not around. Very bad cleaning staff. Nobody is aware of how things work. Gave me a single room when I booked and charged for double room. Even dormatories are a better place than investing in this hotel.

Very noisy next door, was not able to sleep at night. Mosquitoes in the room. Front desk service not very welcoming or service oriented. Would not recommend. I guess you pay for what u get. Quite low standard

Location right in the middle of Hannover. It's a great size location for a city break/weekend in Hannover.

The hotel isn't very big and there are no extra facilities. The hotel is a great place to stay for short city sightseeing trips but the facilities are limited for a longer stay.
