the second and last time I ordered anything from this restaurant. I placed the order via Lieferando's applications. After leaving the VERY DETAILED AND CLEAR instruction for entering the building, I wrote a note "in case of any problems, please write on whatsapp", because the first time there was a HUGE problem with finding the address, as a result of which my food was not delivered, and no one even tried with me contact.
I do not recommend or greet. I cannot say hello to such mean and unprofessional staff.
today the situation repeats itself and I decide to call the restaurant. A man answers the phone, who started yelling at me that German speaks in Germany and threw the phone. I called twice more, but unfortunately I was brazenly disconnected. I have been waiting for food again for over 2 hours and it does not seem like it will come to me.
I do not recommend or greet. I cannot say hello to such mean staff.
