Schlimmster Customer-Support den ich in meinem Leben bekommen habe!
Hab mir erstmal ne Smartwatch bestellt. Diese war fehlerhaft, der Akku hat nur 4 Stunden gehalten. Bei der Reklamation hat alles geklappt außer der Tatsache, dass mir statt der eigentlichen 124€ nur 25€ Rückerstattet wurden.
Der Customer-Support labert immer nur den selben Müll und macht im Endeffekt nichts und mein Geld habe ich auch noch nicht gesehen.
Macht ein großen Bogen um das komplette Unternehmen
