We visited for a workshop and one night stay and everything was fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy and the best thing was the staff. Very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to support the group. One challenge is that there's only one receptionist so if there's a large group, there's a bit of a wait. The food was lovely as well as we had 3 meals at the hotel given the work nature. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Nice hotel but definitely not 4 stars.
Spacious rooms with free minibar (not expect to much: 1 beer, one Pepsi, 1 juice and 2 waters).

Positive:
Pets are allowed without extra cost.
Low room-only price hotel, good value for money.

Negative: very bad air conditioning, expensive parking (18 euro/day) and expensive breakfast (20 euro).

Service at reception could be better.

Location is OK, but not central.

Excellent staff, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The sauna was turned on just for us which was a great experience. For 2 people in a well sized room and many free drinks from the fridge we paid only 81 EUR. Can highly recommend.

Staff were uninterested and although desk was very busy only one member of staff was working. Breakfast was the same, choices were good but once they had run out they weren't refilled. Room was hot and despite setting the temperature to 15 degrees on cool,mid never got below 26 degrees. I had 2 very poor nights sleep. We had 50+ company members here, but on both nights the bar closed early. I stayed here in 2019 and it was a great hotel, but it's gone very downhill since, it now looks tired and scruffy I won't stay here again and will be suggesting that my company doesn't use this hotel again.

Rooms are clean, towels are clean and plenty. However, there is only 1 person available at the reception so you will have to wait until the person before you is finished. So if the person before you takes a longer time, then you have no option but to wait until he finishes, even if you had a long day and just want to have a quick check-in. Moreover, the air-conditioning didn't seem to be working I guess. Felt a bit hot at night even though it was windy outside. Location is good, near downtown. Taxi would take around 8 euros to drop you off at Kropcke from this hotel.

Spacious room offering free refreshments in the minibar, clean bathroom with everything you might need (hair dryer, towels, soapu0026shower gel, washcloths). Some small details that were overlooked in the room regarding cleanliness, but other overall a pleasant stay.

Pros: • you get free drinks in the minibar at your room.
Cons: • you also get a bed with blood and -what I hope is just cola- stains on it.
• eternal waiting time at the reception, so make sure to cancel your plans ahead, wear comfy shoes and maybe invest the waiting time in learning a new language or catching up on some reading.

The two stars cause of the drinks and cause I’ve seen worse :)
