Took my daughter to a performance here for the first time just before the Christmas weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere is great and the seating is set up so that the kids can go to the front, directly in front of the stage. The break was also a bit longer than typical which made it less stressful for parents to take their young children to the bathroom and still have a drink and a snack. We'll be going back again sometime in the coming year.

Wenn Theaterstücke aufgeführt werden ,bin ich immer wieder gerne dabei. Die Stücke werden mit so viel Liebe aufgeführt, das man sich wünscht das sie gleich wieder von vorne anfangen ♡. Usually not a witty theater, but one that is mainly fun, even if socially critical or serious material is offered. It's just a shame that the audience doesn't keep rejuvenating like the ensemble ... Therefore: regardless of age, just go there. For around 10 EUR + a few drinks a nice evening.
Oh yeah, I think the proceeds will go straight to the community. Personally, I would rather treat the ensemble to it, but at least ...

Seit bereits über 20 Jahren teilen hier Laiendarsteller ihre Passion mit der Gemeinde der Lukaskirche. Die Kleine Bühne ist damit in der List recht bekannt. Mit mehr oder weniger brkannten adaptieren, aber auch selbstgeschriebenen Stücken, meist 2 im Jahr, z.B. aus der Feder des lokal bekannten Andreas Ludin, und einem Stück für Kinder (zur Weihnachtszeit), versteht es das sich ständig wandelnde Ensemble unterschiedlichste Themen aus Dramau0026 Kömodie meist treffend umzusetzen. Die Entwicklung mancher Darsteller ist wirklich toll über die Jahre zu beobachten und machen jedes Stück themenunabhängig sehenswert. Trotz der (technischen) Einschränkung durch die wirklich "kleine Bühne" sind auch Szenerie und Musik meist stimmungsvoll passend umgesetzt.
Meist kein geistvolles Theater, sondern eins dass v.a. Spaß macht, sogar wenn sozialkritischer oder ernster Stoff geboten wird. Nur schade, dass das Publikum sich nicht wie das Ensemble immer mal wieder verjüngt.... Daher: altersunanhängig einfach mal hingehen. Für um 10 EUR + ein paar Getränke ein schöner Abend.
Ach ja, ich glaube die Einnahmen fließen direkt in die Gemeinde. Ich pers. würde es eher dem Ensemble gönnen, aber immerhin...
