Worst experience in my life and that too in Germany which I never expected. I was having back pain and I went to the emergency department to see a doctor, however they told me to go to Hausärzte which is ridiculous because I was having bad pain at the moment. Later they asked me to wait and I bloody waited there for 3 long hours with bad back pain then I was so frustrated and angry and I left untreated. I never imagined healthcare would be such a nightmare in Germany.

5 hrs with a slipped kneecap in the Au0026E......uncomfortable waiting room....moralising staff making you feel pretty unwelcome....had to give up - luckily swelling went down after cooling but cramps in the calves made it all too unpleasant.

If you know a witch doctor, go there instead.

I was on Station 3 Ost Schmerzeszentrum with CRPS (morbus sudeck).
Thank you to everyone that work's on 3 Ost for 4 week's in class,therapy,sport and keeping me busy with other things.❤❤❤

I was on Ward 3 West (neurosurgery).
All processes were optimally organized, and the department managed by an attending physician exceeded all of my expectations of a hospital.
Both the preliminary examinations (by the doctor's practice and by the anesthesia department of the hospital as well as the operating room and then the nursing staff were very competent and helpful or committed.
The food will be delivered (not the yellow one, but ok) .. you should get well after all .. if another surgery that can be planned is necessary, I will definitely choose this hospital.

Ich war vom 30.8.21 ( vorstationär) bis einschließlich 04.9.21 stationär dort in Behandlung.
Ich war auf der Station 3 West ( Neurochirurgie).
Es waren sämtliche Abläufe optimal organisiert, die belegärztlich geführte Abteilung hat alle meine Erwartungen an ein Krankenhaus übertroffen.
Sowohl die Voruntersuchungen ( seitens der Arztpraxis als auch durch die Anästhesieabteilung des Krankenhauses als auch die OP und anschließend das Pflegepersonal waren sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit bzw. engagiert.
Das Essen wird geliefert ( nicht das gelbe vom Ei , aber ok).. man soll schließlich gesund werden.. sollte erneut ein planbarer Eingriff notwendig sein, werde ich definitiv dieses Krankenhaus wählen.
