Facilities were good. Checking in/out very easy. But there was lots of noise in the night from people waking around, closing doors and assembling IKEA furniture (at least that's what it sounds like) at 4 in the morning.

Apartment was not clean, there were hair in the bed and in the shower. We found chips under the bed. Mattress was uncomfortable, preventing adequate sleep. Only positive aspect is relatively quiet location.

The rest is fine. But the biggest problem is in this apartment. There is no reception. And chicken is very difficult. Because the big stupid question asks. And the phone does not even Does not provide any replies. At least it took me 4 hours. Finally I took out the message check phone. Only this is a big issue. The rest of the apartment is very clean. It is very silent. At least one must sit at the reception.

Very small but a clean and decent room that too on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The Hotel manager was kind enough to help me carry my luggage to the room, but it was an exercise bringing it down. The room was not cleaned despite requesting.
If you wish to stay at the hotel, do not carry big luggage or do not take rooms on the higher floor and if that does not works, then pray to god for strength in legs and arms and wish that your wish is granted.

SCAMMERS - AVOID!
We have booked our accommodation here for Hannover Messe - 11 months in advance.
A couple days ago we got a notification thru booking.com that the property tried to charge our card for the deposit but they didn't succeed.
We have tried to reach out to them in several ways (email, phone, customer service) to explain how important this reservation is for us and while providing another credit card (with the sufficient funds) we have also offered to pay by bank transfer to ensure the booking, in case also this card would get denied.
Today the property has cancelled our booking without answering any of our messages with the reason that both of our cards have been invalid while they have tried to charge us for the deposit.
Our bank has confirmed that there were no attempts at all to take this amount from the cards.
Now those rooms are online again for 6 times more than we have initially booked them for.
I would recommend to everyone to AVOID booking this place - you might be cancelled right before arrival on the fullest and most expensive week of the year... (booking.com will not help you either.)

SCAM!!!!! - We booked our stay at Apartment City Lenaustrasse since we will attend an important exhibition in Hannover in 2021. After 6 months we booked, we had an unpleasant surprise: the Hotel cancelled our booking after marking two of our credit cards invalid (both of them with enough funds) without providing us any explanation, after we sent them 3 messages begging them not to cancel our reservation. We checked with our Bank, which confermed us that the property NEVER EVEN TRIED TO CHARGE ANY OF OUR CARDS. But now comes the real twist: one minute after cancelling without a reason our reservation, the Hotel listed the room back on booking.com making the price SIX TIMES HIGHER than what we were supposed to pay. Did we find the reason why they cancelled our booking? Maybe. On the other hand, booking.com kindly told us that the behaviour of the property was fair and that showing them the statement from our Bank stating that they never even try to charge us would not be an evidence, leaving us without an accomodation after we had a CONFIRMED booking since 6 MONTHS with the whole city booked out. Shame on Apartment City Lenaustrasse, shame on booking.com. AVOID

Highly recommend this place!!! Very modern, newly renovated, comfortable, cozy, convenient. No problem with parking, close to center. Very comfortable beds, loved it. 24/7 check in and call service is a huge plus. Great accommodation for the price. Superb in evry way!!!!! Will recommend it to all my family and friends !!!
