Very nice place. Supwr friendly staff and nice clean rooms. One of the handful hotels i have ever stayed in and I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you very much to the staff here.

No air conditioning, no coffee maker available outside of breakfast, staff not very friendly

I like the hotel. My room was clean and nice. There is no shampoo in the bathrooms, so make sure, you bring yours. I live in US. I forgot my adapter/converter for EU standards, but the hotel had one and they borrowed me with no cost. While some receptionists were friendly and nice, the others were super rude. They have open buffet breakfast to die for, you must try!

Good... practical... nice food... cosy.... nice collaborators and smiles... I would have put 5 stars in spite of 4 degree to the huge increase of price because of the fair event.... I may understand the double price but the actual increase... unfortunately this is the case of all hannover hotels.

Nice straightforward comfortable hotel, staff staff are helpful and friendly. Design is reasonably modern, may not be to everyone's taste. Food options are limited, but quality is fine

I like the hotel and also the pricing. It's nice and looks well organized. Only problem is the WiFi. You have to pay 5€ or so for one day. There is free WiFi but it's absolutely not usable. So if youre okay with a week no internet that's fine, but I ain't coming back here
