Das Futterhaus hinter dem Hauptbahnhof überrascht beim Vogelbedarf durch seine Vielfalt. Die belgische Marke Orlux ist in deutschen Filialen eher selten und es scheint fast die ganze Palette von JR-Farm vorrätig zu sein. Das Saatfutter wird leider wieder von Vitakraft dominiert, doch ist die Nagerabteilung mit Grünfutter in Sichtweite.

Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, gerade weil auch offen und ehrlich zugegeben wurde, dass sich niemand der gerade anwesenden Angestellten ernsthaft mit Vogelhaltung auskennt.

Die angebotenen Käfige sind eher unzureichend, aber es wurde versichert, dass gerade erst welche nachbestellt wurden. Insgesamt scheint auch durch Weichfutter ein seltene Spezialisierung auf Exoten gegeben zu sein.

Es wurde versichert, dass bei häufigen Besuch auch ein spezielles Produkt ins Sortiment übernommen werden könnte.

Ich wurde dort sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Tolle Beratung und es wurde jegliche Fragen (Neuling Kater Besitzer)beantwortet. Bei Fragen, wo der Berater keine Ahnung hatte, wurde auch offen, ehrlich und freundlich mitgeteilt, das er diesbezüglich keine Ahnung hat, daher auch keine Antwort zu der Frage.

Diese ehrliche Geste schätze ich. Meinen Bedarf hole ich selbstverständlich immernoch von dort.

Sehr zu empfehlen und viel Auswahl.

In Vorbereitung auf meine neue Mitbewohnerin, eine kleine Goldhamsterdame wollte ich mich vor Ort mit dem Nötigsten versorgen.

Leider musste ich feststellen, dass sich die Auswahl an artgerechtem Spielzeug und die Qualität der Beratung zum Teil leider in Grenzen hält.

Im gesamten Geschäft habe es beispielsweise überhaupt nur drei Laufräder, von denen keines auch nur ansatzweise groß genug gewesen wäre. Auf Nachfrage hin, ob die Öffnungen in einem Holzspielzeug groß genug wären wurde nur kurz bejaht und mir mitgeteilt "das Tier würde sich da schon durchnagen."

Was ich jedoch positiv hervorheben muss ist die große Auswahl an unterschiedlichem Futter und Einstreu!

Nur einen Großteil der anderen Einrichtung musste ich nun über einen anderen Weg beziehen.

Ein Tiergeschäft ohne Tierhaltung. Dafür bekommt man wirklich alles was die 2- und 4beiner so benötigen. Leider stört die nicht ausgepackte Ware VOR den Warenregalen um an die Artikel die benötigt werden ohne Probleme dran zu kommen...

Sehr gute Auswahl und sehr gut sortiert.
Besonders die Futterbar überzeugt mit Hundeleckerlis, Nagerfuttermischungen (Ergänzungsfutter, Gemüse für Nager sollte am besten täglich zugefüttert werden) und Vogelfutter.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse sind sehr nett, Beratung haben ich mir noch nie geholt, da die Mitarbeiter letzten endes doch nur Verkäufer oft sind.

Ich gehe hier sehr gerne auch nur zum bummeln hin und empfehle diesen Laden für Hunde-, Katzen-, Nager- und Vögel-Halter.
Für Fische/Terrarien sieht es hier sperrlich aus.
