Nice and clean hotel next to the train station. The room was big, so was the bathroom and the bed was comfy. Anyhow you hear the noises from the neighbors in your room so earplugs are recommended. The service is good. Don't get misled by the premises next to it. You don't hear or see anything of it in the hotel.

Excellent hotel, with a very comfortable bed and room. Thoroughly recommend the breakfast too - there are staff that speak English, and I must pay particular thanks to the staff members who assisted me with my woeful German. Please note the following two things:

1. It takes approximately 10 minutesmto walk from Hbf. I arrived at this hotel quite late in the evening after my flight was a little delayed - approximately 23.00. I simply rang the bell outside and a member of staff came to see me. It couldn't be easier.

2. This hotel is next to the red light district. If being next to the red light district puts you off from booking, then you will miss out on an excellent hotel. I implore you please to not listen to reviews that 'warn' you of this and attempt to shock you away from booking. The area is clean, quiet and peaceful, and did not feel in the slightest bit unsafe.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying for a night or two in Hannover, and I'm looking forward to visiting again in the near future. Danke!

Very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and with lots of offering. The location was nice, in the vicinity of the main station. The surrounding area can be described as "colorful", but also quiet (for a city center).

Certain reception staff should really not have the attitude they currently have. Even more unfortunate they were the ones mostly covering reception. Made my stay really uncomfortable.

On the other hand, the rooms are clean, have a nice decor and the breakfast is good too. Shame that reception staff member ruined my experience.
