Ich komme her, seitdem mein Hund bei mir ist. Einfach, weil der Laden für mich gut erreichbar ist. Das Geschäft an sich mag ich gerne, die Mitarbeiter*innen waren immer in Ordnung. Vor einiger Zeit beriet mich eine blonde Mitarbeiterin bezüglich eines Geschirrs. Ich wollte keine Beratung, aber ich bekam eine. Dann ging es los. Sie fragte abfällig, wer denn meinem Hund (er war dabei) das Fell geschnitten hätte. Darauf meinte ich, dass ich das gemacht habe. Ich habe ihm das erste Mal etwas das Fell gekürzt und es sah ein bisschen wild aus, weil ich es eben noch nie gemacht habe. Aber er fand auch den Schneideprozess nicht schlimm. Meiner Tierärztin ist das kürzere Fell ebenfalls aufgefallen und diese meinte nur, dass es ja warm ist und ihm die neue Frisur bestimmt ganz gelegen kommt. Das sah die Mitarbeiterin vom Futterhaus aber anders! Ich wurde belehrt, warum ich meinem Hund das Fell nicht schneiden soll und warum das überflüssig ist. Ich bin gerne offen für Tipps, aber nicht von einer Person, die mich und meinen Hund nicht kennt und obendrauf nicht dafür qualifiziert ist. Fernab davon war es halt auch einfach falsch, was sie mir erzählt hat. Sie ist auch nicht gegangen. Selbst als ich schweigend vor den Geschirren stand und mir eine Farbe aussuchen wollte, hat sie mir reingeredet. Ich möchte diesen Laden nicht aufgrund dieser einen Erfahrung pauschal schlecht reden, aber ich bin seitdem nicht mehr dort gewesen; auch, wenn der Laden nah ist. Ich möchte einfach nur entspannt durch den Laden gehen können, ohne Angst haben zu müssen, dass diese Dame mich wieder anspringt. Ganz am Anfang wollte ich auch mal Welpenshampoo für meinen Hund kaufen und an der Kasse erhielt ich eine ermahnende Predigt,, warum ich den Hund nicht zu oft waschen sollte. Mir ist das alles klar, aber wenn es nötig ist, muss der Hund eben mal kurz gewaschen werden. Ich bin ja nicht an die Kasse gegangen und habe gesagt: „Hey, ich möchte meinen Hund jeden Tag waschen, damit er gut riecht“. Mich stört dieser ständig erhobene Zeigefinger einfach sehr. Ich gehe rein und habe das Gefühl, ich werde gleich verurteilt. Ich weiß nicht, ob es daran liegt, dass ich jung bin.
