We have received an unfriendly welcome from receptionist at 9th of August in the afternoon. She was in another room eating and when we called she even came to us without cleaning around her mouth! The room was very clean but had small bed and no coffee machine or el kettle. The receptionist did not inform us that we can use the coffee machine down stairs and we saw that when we wanted to leave the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and lady who was serving it was very friendly.

Really nice hotel with delicious breakfast, friendly staff and the location of this hotel is really nice, nearby a lot of nice restaurants.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the main train station (10 minutes), but also 150m from a metro station (in case you are carrying bags). The area is nice, quiet, and provides easy access to some dining options, shopping, attractions. Staff members are nice (at least most of them). The premises are very clean, and the room is very comfortable. Breakfast is also good and provides a good variety of items. The only issue I had was with internet. The signal was very poor, connection was very slow, and would kick me out every couple of minutes. Signal is not strong enough for calls, navigation experience is poor. Unfortunately, it was hard to work during my stay.

Most polite staff of any German hotel I've previously visited. They made my group feel welcome. The rooms were warm in the winter and breakfast was ample. Great location at the Xmas market too.

I found the room clean, tidy and comfortable.
The hotel location is perfect.
However sometimes I was cold and in other times hot.
The shower was very disappointing. One minute the water temperature was OK then it was too hot and then too cold.
Good range of food at breakfast.

Breakfast has juicer is brilliant. Decent German breakfast. Staff are nice. However wifi is not so reliable and is €4.50 for 24 hours usage. No phone and kettle on room. Location next to Parliament

Convenient to the city, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, great choice of food, I felt really spoiled. Sitting outside the dining room having coffee, enjoying the view of the Standesamt and church. Friendly staff, I would stay year again. Dankeschön für alles. Super, toll.
