Good foods and service .
Not very expensive.
Good music and kind and happy waiters.
I have been there for 4 times and i would go there again.

This place has a nice ambiance especially in the evening with a candle on each table. They have a nice selection of warm and cold drinks - I love the rooibos latte. The food is alright, though they do have a couple of cool specialties. The waiting time can be fairly extreme sometimes - at times you are served pretty fast and at times it takes very long, especially getting somebody to give you the bill. Overall a pretty nice place though.

Michelle was amazing, one of best.
Since we didn't know German language at all and helped us with happy hour menu as well.

Systematically understaffed and incompetent. After long periods without service we went up to the person managing the register in order to pay and leave. There we were being told that we would only be able to pay with the person that handled our orders earlier. So, after another 10 to 15 Minutes of waiting we were finally able to leave.

This was a couple of months ago.

Yesterday we we're at the same location, for a closed event with reservations only. We had a reservation for a table for 8 persons and our group arrived half an hour before the event started. The table was already taken by other patrons. After like 10 Minutes of waiting we were being told that we could either split up and sit at random tables or to get our money back and leave.

So we took our money and left.
I strongly advise to avoid this place at all costs.

Gorgeous place to relax in and real wine. REAL wine. Service was 2nd to none.

It's a franchise. So quite decent but not supper awesome at the same time. In Osnabrück it's rather well known and decent. Hence usually crowded. There are happy hours for cocktails.
