We had a great time bowling here. Unfortunately, there is no disabled access and there were also no aides/ramps to help young children or people with disabilities to join in. Because of this we got to play ourselves and our children had to watch. Thankfully they still enjoyed it but we would have loved it if they could join in.

Other than that, most staff were friendly but it did take a while for someone to come and take our food order after we had asked.

Nice place for bowling. Have a great service for group to have dinner together. Overall nice except the service people there seemed non-smiling type :(

Its always a nice experience to be here. My first visit after corona. Before corona , on Saturday and Friday nights, live DJ was playing. I missed that part because music was really lame without DJ. Plus we took a 5L beer tower, it tasted very bad. I would like to see more options of beer in beer tower. Rest like always in winter, the heated air inside is always a killer. Service could have been better, we had to always ask for more glasses, instead they could have brought glasses for everyone in single go. No one was coming to check on us often that if we need anything and it took long time to get anything. No tissue papers were provided with food, when asked upon , toilet paper strips were given. We spent around 170 euros there , i think we atleast deserve proper tissue papers. People were very friendly and nice . Toilets were stinking, i expected better hygiene details after corona.

Spent there 6 hours on bowling and 6 hours of biliard in 2 days with a friend and we absolutely loved every minute of it! It also has some great snacks as well as regular food.

Very friendly staff and pleasant offers for various categories of visitors (e.g.family, school kinds). Big space for billiard

The place is OK. The staff is unfriendly and not supportive at all. We wanted to know how to setup the dart machine for play and the one of the staff tried to help reluctantly and did not work. He said sorry and just left, leaving us clueless and our money was in it. It seemed like they dont care and only want our money. I would ask you to please focus on good customer service.
